Our Approach

From problem to solution: a deliberate process.

We don't rush to build. Every tool starts with understanding — identifying real friction, validating the need, and only then writing code.

Step 01

Problem Discovery

We talk to people, observe workflows, and identify friction. The best problems are the ones people have stopped complaining about because they've accepted them as "just how things work."

Completed

Identified the online compass opportunity — a widely searched utility with no standalone privacy-first tool.

Step 02

Problem Validation

We validate that the problem is widespread, painful enough to pay for, and underserved by existing solutions. A problem worth solving is one people will actively seek a fix for.

Completed

Designed and launched the Online Compass — a browser-based compass with device gyroscope and mouse drag support.

Step 04

Build & Launch

We build fast and launch minimal. A working tool in days, not months. Real users get real value immediately, and their feedback shapes what comes next.

Completed

Online Compass built with Astro, React, Tailwind CSS. Deployed via Vercel. Search-optimized with schema markup.

Step 05

Iterate

We listen to users, track usage, and improve. Features get added only when enough people ask for them. The tool evolves, but its core purpose never wavers.
